His background is labour
Oshiomole is from a minority group while Obaseki is from a majority
WOULD be different if the godfather was Edo and governor from Etsako

I don't know much about rivers state, but what I know is that, the governor might not represent the budget and he won't be impeach, he will complete his first tenure and recontest.
