The Abraham accord is really a concern to them and after the invasion and the bombardment of Gaza which Iran thinks will provoke the Arab speaking world, it seems Saudi didn't fall for it and they were probably scared Israel won't be able to handle the security in the middle east, well in other to prove a point, Israel went on a bombardment raid on Iran top military to assert that dominance.

Yes, they are looking for other alternative but right now they still need it regardless. Unlike the Israeli-Palestine war, Russia is trying to keep the territory intact as much as possible with less damage and causalities.

I think it is impossible for Hamas to have carried attacks on isreal without backing of Tehran...ur point on the Abraham accord playing a big role is right on point...while normalization will take a back seat for now, it will definitely restart in future...
