Fubara was a civil servant at the top of the state grade and he was Accountant General before in the State.

Wike was motor park boy collecting commission at Obio Akpor when people took him up and carried him along and that includes Jonathan and his wife Patience both Ijaws that took Wike to National politics through Minister of State.

Why didn't they control Wike?

Wike wasnt a motor park tout but head of a tax force in obio akpor that was notorious for collecting tax from market women, small businesses and bus drivers...amaechi brought wike into politics,he was the local govt chairman of obio akpor during odili's tenure. Before becoming Chief of staff to amaechi. Sims was a classroom teacher and a relative to wike. Rumours has it that wike was instrumental to sim's job as a civil servant and rise to the top as an account general of the state.
