Police officers on day to day duty are voracious like mad Dogs, they are ready to intimidate anyone by quoting the law beyond what is recorded in our constitution. But Police officers attached to organisations, hotels, banks and residential homes are like tame dogs. They see crime happen before them and do nothing, they hear crime happen around them and do nothing because they sometimes get involved in the perpetration of these crimes.
