Credit for what? They are simply paying their taxes in kind. You should rather give credit to the government for creating such schemes.

Awarding of contract is not the problem but funding. The good thing about former President Buhari is that he pays through loans and that's why he's government is praised for capital project that are completed. But sadly ,he destroyed our economy because of loan servicing
