Just an idea...

Have you looked at the pdf or printout of your monthly acct history from your broker?

When you get that history for the month, take a look at all your losing trades?

You may find out that you kept repeating the same mistakes over and over again.


For instance, I looked at my own history two days ago and I discovered that most of my losses were from trying to follow the trend on 30 mins chart after market has printed 2-3 large bearish bars and trying to predict where the market will top out.

Based on that data, I am convinced that I cannot predict the top of the market neither can I predict that a downtrend will break the low of the week and trend.

One cannot be trying to be Lionel Messi when you have the skill set of Thomas Muller.

I streamlined my trade to a pair following the elder inforfirst advise and I have since seen drastic change. Also I don't trade everyday because I wait to see when to enter a trade. I'm calling it a day, my psychology is really forked right now, I am stupidly confused and I have had the worst week since the beginning of the year, my God I feel very hurt right now emotionally, because I have been on a Lossing streak since the start of the week and I keep asking myself, is it not the same market that I have been trading, my brain is hurting at the moment and I wonder if I can be going through this pain on a demo account I wonder what would happen to me in on a live account, abeg ooo make bp and heart attack no kill me...

First thing, this is a phase that you must grow through. Notice
I didn't say "go through" but "grow through".

Trading is a process that you must appreciate each growing phase.

Also, stop beating up yourself emotionally PLEASE! It doesn't help.

Like my mentor will say, when you lose relax and trade again
because you'll make much more than you may have lost previously.

Personally, I will say you should stick to one instrument for now
in order to master it and know your choice ICT trading concepts
like the palm of your hand. There and then you can add one more
instrument to it.

For instance, I love to trade NASDAQ and no other because of
its volatility but late NOV 2023 to DEC 2023 it was so tough for
me to analyse like I used to and was having huge drawdown.

This also affected my chance in the last 'Sit Up Challenge' but then
I had to decide what next to do and I chose Gold also for its volatility.

Since then, I have been having a smooth sailing with it applying my
favorites ICT concepts: MMXM and Unicorn Model.

I have taken the account out of a deep drawdown to almost 40%
in equity profit today.

I have losses but it has been easier to regain it back almost the next day.

It is a demo account by the way. It still amazes me as to why I see my concepts
work so perfectly trading gold. Funnily, I trade it every trading day which
has made me to accrue some avoidable losses. But I've not touched my favorite
NASDAQ till today. I'll trade it until I'm confident again to read and analyse
with results I want.
