Three elections (Presidential, Senate & Reps) held on the same day, same venue, same time, same officials, same BVAS and same Card Reader Machines.

BVAS worked successfully for Senate & Reps but failed to work for the Presidential.

INEC claimed they encountered a technical glitch on their Amazon server.

The Amazon company countered them explaining that INEC were lying ... their server did not encounter technical glitches on election day

Isn't INEC and Prof Yakubu the proverbial 'American Wonder'?

Despite all these, the corrupt judges threw the case out...
Those judges deserve death and nothing more

You can't blame the judges. The case was thrown out because truly Electronic transmission of results is not in the Constitution.

True but I think what's more important now is if they've been able to cover all the noted loopholes in readiness for the next election. Like JEGA said, the politicians would always try to explore whatever inadequacy the system portray so INEC needs to be miles ahead of them all.

I have a question abbegg.

It is true that “electronic transmission” wasn't in the Electoral-Act, no wahalla.
But “Transmission” is there.
And they claimed that the “transmission” could also mean “physical transmission”.

No wahalla.

But then...
The Electoral-Act also said that the Presiding-Officers should transmit the ACCREDITATION DETAILS IN THE VOTING DEVICE directly from the Polling Unit..
AND FOR ANY COLLATION TO HAPPEN ANYWHERE AT ANY LEVEL OF COLLATION, THE COLLATION-OFFICER OR THE RETURNING-OFFICER MUST USE THE TRANSMITTED ACCREDITATION DETAILS TO VERIFY THE RESULTS.

Therefore..
IF they said that the Transmission could be physical transmission, no wahalla.
Why didn't they use the physically transmitted BVAS Machines to verify the number of Accredited Voters before Collation at all the Collation Centers??

YOU NOW SEE WHERE THEY STILL FAILED THE WHOLE THING??
