It's a clear offside if you know the rules of the game. As the keeper left his goal line, the last man there automatically assumes position of a keeper

Ajayi was farther than the G.K when the shot was taken and only the Cameroonian player was further than him.

Football rules require that at least 2 opposing players must be in front of the attacking player for him not to be offside.

In this case, the Cameroon player on the line is like the G.K, while the G.K is like the last defender. It should be clearer this way.
