Boss market the brutal most especially this Jan,But yet am still profitable although just 1:2% added more to the previous month ,I was thinking it is over before but with this grace of one month ,I will still appreciate it.I tried to pull the remaining 3% this month but the month is not friendly abeg,na risk management pushed that thing to 9% as u dey see so as many people don see shege this month,i am so so careful with my executions

Print out the pdf of your acct history and look through all your losses and record what you would do differently if such pattern occurs again.

Use the primary timeframe you trade to do this review.

Example:
If you trade 5 min chart, look at the history from your broker, and note the pattern or indicator signal that occurred on the 5min chart as at the time you took the trade.

The current structure on H4 is highlighting 1998.6 as a more important level than 2023.6 for this week, probably.

SL adjusted to 2042.6.

On GOLD/USD, I still have a biase of a deep fall down to 1980. I will go short from 2044, if I could see a move toward that level. My analysis is from the daily. This is risky as well.
