That's a good development. The whole banks in Nigeria except bank of the North and maybe the new Islamic banks all have their headquarters in lagos, a good chunk of their branches in lagos, What was the Government department supervising them doing in Abuja all this while, wasting public resources

How can all major offices be stationed in the North with less than 15% educated people

Talk of oil well, if North doesn't occupy 95% Nigeria is never good.

I won't employ your type of "First class graduate" who doesn't know that it's just a section that is moved and not CBN as a whole. Meanwhile, I hope you know that there use to be a CBN in Lagos as well.
