jnig:If you have the time to scroll through my topics,, I had been making topics similar to this, even before that particular controversial election. And even before they went to the tribunal. But the LP, PDP, and Co were so busy trying to prove something else. And I could guess why. They couldn't directly come out to probe the dirtiness of the entire process, because all of them did some sorts of rigging in their stronghold areas and zones. If they probed the election fully, they would expose themselves. Even this thing I am suggesting now,, all the political parties have already seen this and read it.. But they cannot do it. Because, they themselves are also planning to rig again in their stronghold areas and zones.. |

donborg:If you followed the Adeleke court case very well,, it was even that Adeleke’s supreme court judgement that dealt IREV-Portal the very first serious blow. Contrary to most belief, Peter Obi never took the IREV seriously else he would have won at the court. This is because he never asked the court to make him President rather he tacitly' admitted 'defeat' by asking the court to disqualify Tinubu and Shettima and for a new election to be done_ an impossibility that ll surely lead to chaos if implemented.I guess Peter-Obi over-trusted the IREV-Portal actually, because he was hoping the IREV to have ALL the results clearly uploaded to it, so that he can then gather all his evidence from there., And even use it to prove that je won.. You can imagine that. He never knew that INEC had other plans for him. The INEC struck him badly by making the IREV-Portal totally useless to him. He couldn't get all the results of the polling-units from the IREV (even up till this very moment).. He cannot even use the faulty results in the IREV-Portal to establish that they were wrong results or mutilated results, because he so much trusted that all the data in the IREV are going to be the clear results that were electronically transmitted from the polling-units without any interference from anybody.. Thus, he believed that he would get all the data he needed from the IREV-Portal. He had no other independent sources of data to back himself up... Anyways, let us assume that he had learnt his lessons though. I don't know if Obi took bribes from Tinubu because for him not to have asked the courts to make him the winner with more votes according to IREV is very suspicious and would have only benefited TinubuGoing by the available results on the IREV-Portal as at this very moment, Tinubu still came first, Obi came second, Atiku came third. That's why he knew that going that angle wouldn't favour him, and he dropped it. And then, while analysing the IREV results properly,, there are serious proofs that there were over-voting in lots of polling-units,, INCLUDING LOTS OF POLLING-UNITS IN THE FIVE SOUTH-EASTERN STATES TOO WHERE HE WON WITH VERY HIGH MARGINS.. But then, if he had really wanted to have all those polling-units where over-voting occured to be cancelled, and fresh-elections conducted again in such polling-units, and backed himself up with the sufficient evidence in the IREV-Portal, he might have had a very good case. Nevertheless,, the election is behind us now. Future elections are ahead. IREV has come to stay. In 2027 a serious Politician from perhaps the North will definitely use it to win the election against TinubuLet's keep watching and observing, and also learning at the same time. |

BluntCrazeMan:Let's start from reducing the influence of the president which is impeding the executive from choosing and making appointments to positions that influence the polity! For instance,if the power of appointment for INEC chairman is taken away from the president who will likely be partisan in selection as we have already seen so far,a council made up of seasoned technocrats(with no history of any party affiliation) to rigorously and painstakingly appoint an INEC chairman will likely be drafted and instituted in the constitution! The technocrats should be representatives of pressure groups like NLC or TUC or civil society organisations....that way,the personnel appointed will know that their job will be cut out for them because there will be enough scrutiny and no time for corrupt activities! The council will be given the power to appoint, access performance and fire if necessary! The most important thing is to start from somewhere by reducing the influence of the president on our electoral system! |

NO COLLATION FOR ANY POLLING-UNIT CAN COMMENCE AT ANY FIRST-LEVEL COLLATION CENTER (THAT-IS, THE WARD COLLATION CENTER) UNTIL THE NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS THAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE RESULTS-SHEETS GETS VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED WITH THE NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS THAT WAS CAPTURED IN THE BVAS-MACHINES THAT WERE USE AT THE POLLING-UNIT IN QUESTION..On this ground, Kogi and Imo election should not stand. |

BluntCrazeMan:You think they don't do this? |

BALLOSKI:They don't. They didn't do any of these things which I mentioned in Kogi. They didn't do any of these things which I mentioned in Imo. They didn't do any of these things which I mentioned in Bayelsa. At-least, I am very very sure of these three Elections. |

BluntCrazeMan:If your party agent protests, he'd be thrown out or bribed. We should have a way to download the votes and the number of accredited voters in PDF file and made available to agents - at least, before the collation centre, everyone has this and if what is on the BVAS does not tally with the PDF numbers and the number of votes cast, the PU should be cancelled. |

BALLOSKI:That is it. The whole Kogi, Imo, and Bayelsa Elections is supposed to be cancelled in totality. (If Peter-Obi for instance, was not so hell-bent on insisting that the transmission was going to work 100%,, he would have set up hidden-eyes in order to capture the non-compliance of the VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION EXERCISE BEFORE ANY COLLATION AT EVERY COLLATION CENTER EVERYWHERE... BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF HIS PARTY-AGENTS DEDICATED TO THE COLLATION CENTERS IN ORDER TO ENSURE FULL COMPLIANCE AT THE COLLATION CENTERS. |

BALLOSKI:Let me tell you the full story of what happened in Kogi and Imo and Bayelsa Elections. **(That-is, from my own perspective..) (I even created some threads about some of my observations, thus, if you scroll back on the topics on my profile, you would see some of the threads) So, on the election day, around the afternoon time, the IREV-Portal was actually automatically synchronising with the BVAS-Machines without the input of any of the Presiding Officers. That is, every Hour or thereabout, the IREV-Portal would automatically synchronise with all the BVAS-Machines everywhere without any human input, and the Accreditation Details from the BVAS-Machines would automatically reflect and update itself on the IREV-Portal for the public to view, even while the elections were still going on.. Even before the Photos of the hand-written results-sheets started to get uploaded to the IREV-Portal. The whole magic started occuring in the evening time when the photos of the hand-written results started popping up on the IREV-Portal. Some Polling-units would have their automatically-generated accreditation data as “45” on the IREV-Portal, while the hand-written uploaded results would have the number of accredited voters to be “309” or some other biigg value like that. We raised alarm immediately.. And guess what happened.?? The INEC released a statement that the synchronisation was still going on. What they were trying to mean was that “the Automatically-Generated Accreditation Data that was visible on the IREV-Portal was not the final value.” Sensing that the INEC might start manipulating the IREV-Portal from the backend, some people immediately used web-programs to tabulate and download the whole Automatically-Generated Accreditation figures, and reproduced them in Excel-Spreadsheet format, and kept them. The next day after the election, we started noticing another magic. Those accreditation values on the IREV-Portal started climbing up so high in such a way that we grew suspicious again. For instance, a polling-unit that earler had something like “45” as the Automatically-Generated Accreditation Data on the IREV-Portal, and with something like “309” accredited voters on the upload photo of the hand-written results-sheet, would now come at last to have something like “476” on the IREV-Portal as the automatically-generated accreditation data. We raised alarm again. We asked some series of questions.. “How can it be that the automatically-generated accreditation data for the polling-units are more than the accredited voters that were written on the uploaded results.??” “So, does it mean that the synchronisation started over-synchronizing itself, or what”?? We waited for the INEC’s response again, but they didn't release any statements this time around. They just silently went back to the IREV-Portal and started re-adjusting the values of all those automatically-generated accreditation data all-over-again in order to coincide with the values of the accredited voters that were hand-written on the photos of the uploaded results. Now, we raised another alarm again. The Synchronisation was going up-and-down anyhow it liked?? The synchronisation that was supposed to be going only up-and-up, until it reaches to the value it is supposed to be,, started going up-and-down anyhow?? We demanded a strong explanation from INEC,, but none came forth. We were also asking many other questions.. Why are there So Many Polling-units In Imo State that didn't have any Automatically-Generated Accreditation Data?? And BOOOMM.!! The Worst Happened. INEC turned off the Automatically-Generated Accreditation Data from the IREV-Portal entirely. This whole thing sounds so funny. But it happened right in front of our very own eyes. SO,, WHEN I TELL YOU THAT WE SHOULDN'T TRUST INEC FOR ANY REASON AGAIN,, I MEAN EVERY SINGLE WORD OF WHAT I AM SAYING. |
