A friend brought a property in November and she doesn't know how to chase the tenant who occupies the building although the tenant rent expires in October. The tenant was given opportunity to buy the property as well but she couldn't meet it because of cash. Kindly advise |

I'm curious, how do evictions work here? Back home I have to go court and get repossession order and have bailiffs come out with me, some tenants can be sneaky, say they go three months without paying rent they can clear one month that resets the non payment back to 2 and then I have to wait another month to go back to court But those type of people are rare |
