The Nigerian army was filmed in a fierce gun battle with kidnappers. The kidnappers fled, leaving their motorcycles behind.

The army chased the kidnappers and rescued some of the kidnapped victims.

A man could be seen lying down flat in fear without making any movement, while another man, on his knees, was helped up to stand by one of the soldiers, confirming to other soldiers that the two men were victims of kidnapping and shouldn't be shot.

Unfortunately, two women were fatally shot by the kidnappers before the arrival of the soldiers.

One of the women was still breathing at the time the soldiers arrived, but one of the Nigerian army could be heard saying she can't make it, probably due to the serious injuries.

However, towards the end of the video, one of the soldiers could be heard screaming this woman is still breathing and lamenting the lack of medicals but one of them offered to make calls for medical attention.

The area looks so much like a war zone that you will think it's a real war going on, but it is the kidnappers that have actually turned this country into a battleground.

Kudos must be given to the Nigerian army for their gallant display and daily effort to keep the country safe from the menace of these evil souls.

Officers and Men of the Nigerian Army can comfortably rif the nation of these ragtag bandits and criminals if they are allowed to and properly motivated. These bandits and their sponsors have fully infiltrated the military and government of the day

Seems there's an error in tactical amongst these soldiers, or they're just plain inexperienced on confrontation matters.

Even if that guy was a kidnapper, no way in hell should he be shot at.
I mean, he's surrounded, and can be questioned subsequently.

We hear a soldier saying "no fire am."
It can as well mean the women might've been fired by the soldiers.

I know the soldiers are trying, but they left their bike and left on foot, two soldiers could have stayed behind with the rescued and administer first aid with the shot women, while the rest chase after the kidnappers on foot, allowing them to escape meant they are still alive to kidnap more, they could have been dispatched to hell fire

Btw, do these guys go to battle without nurses or medical aids, I mean these women could have been administered with first aid, what if it was a soldier that was shot, so no nurse or medical personal will be available to tender him
