First, is the inverter psw?
Is the inverter truly 2kva, 1kva continuous?
Is the battery amp true?
Cable is most times the culprit on a fair charged battery.

My inverter is just 12v 1.6kva brandless Chinese inverter with true 800w( same line with easun) continuous. Freezer is 115w and working on just 12v 100ah LifePO4. Even my roughly 12v 130A lithium ion battery at just 11.2v(full charge at 12.6v) powers the said load above.

So the believe that load like this requires 24v and a higher battery amperage is false based on the above load. My opinion.

Actually, they all had same volts 3.2V~3.3V. Can't be too sure, cuz I used analog meter to measure.

Unless you have shitloads of money to throwaway, or you are setting up a mission critical NASA office in your family house in lagos, getting all the stuff you need from usa isnt worth it...
if you insist you can get the inverter and charge controller from usa, morning star or victron...but you would spend x3 less if you get a decent model like deye or solarx in nigeria..........and upto x5 less if u get growatt/felicity /sorotec etc in nigeria.

3.2kwh pylontech lithium battery is about 1.5m naira/ 1200usd.............but you can get a whooping 14kwh decent lithium battery in nigeria for under 4m, or a little over 2.5m naira, if you go the diy-custom built models .

some tried and trusted installers are on this forum..discuss with them and have them setup ur system for you.
if you are in lekki & VI axis @niyiomolyunade is highly rated in that regard

For my regular use I have a 3.5kva 24v Foresolar inverter. Can carry fridge and washing machine but NOT the pumping machine with other loads.

I noticed whenever I'm on inverter and I'm using my phone while plugged in, the phone touch start malfunctioning, even my laptop trackpad and touch also malfunction when plugged in on inverter.. this doesn't happen on gen or NEPA.

PS:
I just noticed if i turn off extension socket, the socket light doesn't go off totally until i unplug the socket
