Anambra voters are not on twitter for those camping there to bash Governor Soludo. Our people are big time traders preoccupied with closing sales day and night. APGA will always win Anambra as we have the best strategy that keeps our support base loyal, that's why these opposition media miscreants are angry 6 Likes 2 Shares |

AsomughaChuks05:I thought LP supporters learnt their lessons during state house of assembly in Anambra state Someone like me supported Obi for president but during state assembly election I throw my support to APGA, Anambra is on safe hands under APGA, don't worry election will hold last quarter of 2025 by then all these projects will be ready, their noise end on social media imagine all LP supporters across the country are rooting for LP governorship candidate we will tell them Anambra politics is quite different 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Men in terms of real estate development, no state in the south east comes close to Anambra. Go to Awka, Oba, Nkwelle and feed your eyes. One week, one mansion. So much confidence in Governor Soludo's government that investors are bringing in capital at a frenetic rate. You begin to wonder if economic downturn is not affecting the state. The new direction for investment in the coming months will be the corridor around the new expressway from second Niger bridge to Obosi. Anambra is too much. 4 Likes |

abuzz33: Long read. The bottom line is that everything has to be done to address the rampant street markets that have taken over every open space along our roads, and also force the approved markets or motor parks to mandatorily provide toilet facilities. The fight against illegal street markets with makeshift stands popping up everywhere or illegal structures added to legally approved buildings to create appendages for street trading will be a long arduous fight. Only a brave and determined Governor can prevail against these entrenched street traders who don't care any bit about the well-being of society or anyone at all. As long as they are making money trading on the streets and littering the roads and gutters unperturbed. This has got to be addressed if there is any hope of achieving Soludo's clean and green Anambra. 5 Likes |

I love this new competition Soludo has staged amongst landlords across the state... Paint your house, beautify it with trees and keep the street clean to win up to 5 million naira. Good initiative! 3 Likes |

What’s going on in Enugu state ? You guys are just silent while the mandate snatcher is having unfettered access to your commonwealth. Mbah is set to waste another eight years just like ugwuanyi. I am not seeing anyone of you getting worried or even trying to call the governor out christejames: 2 Likes |

I think the house painting challenge should have been more of punitive than rewarding. Just like the burial law, make it mandatory for landlords to paint their houses or risk heavy fines. However it is a good start from the deputy governor whom I fancy would be Governor Soludo's successor. |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by cjrane: 6:25pm On Feb 02 |
christejames: This should be sustained annually. To give a cash price to any landlord with the best-beautified surrounding of their house with flowers, trees and a clean street with drainage gutters. To be fair enough, the competition should be in two categories. 1. Landlords of the cleanest private homes. (Inside the compound and exterior street beyond their fence) - N5 million naira 2. Landlord of the best commercial building. (Inside the compound and exterior street beyond their fence) - N7 million naira. This will be a fantastic way of getting people to repaint their houses and beautify their environment. 6 Likes |

christejames: This is one of the most innovative moves by any Governor in history of Nigeria. People may not be enthusiastic about it now but when it becomes an annual prize rewarding event with element of pride the success shall be unimaginable. Other Southeast States should follow suit and Southeast will continue to widen the gap of urban housing decency which it has always held the crown even though in public infrastructure it has not been that lucky with commensurate standard of roads. 4 Likes |

Imo state government should copy this and replicate it in Owerri where there are so many old buildings that’s giving the the town a dirty outlook. Soludo has set the pace to redeem igboland Abagworo: 2 Likes |

So glad that Gov. Soludo is completing the Ikenga Mall, Awka! As well as adding a 5-star multi-story hotel within the compound of the International Convention Center for both facilities to complement each other! Awka will soon emerge as a preferred holiday and international conference destination when these projects are completed! So glad about the wisdom of Soludo to complete these projects instead of running off elsewhere to start the same projects as many clueless Nigerian governors would do.
