Gbaja is the sole proprietor of Surulere. Go and see the roads, schools, hospital, street light, Painting and plumbing work on houses in shitta, National Open University etc the man rehabilitated in Surulere.

Gbaja brought back Surulere to its rightful position as the elites Environment of Lagos it used to be in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000

Obviously, the only people he ignited are mainly the people from his side of the country and a few youths elsewhere.

Obi banked in 3 flawed strategies, religion, youths and tribalism and all 3 failed him simply because religion in Nigerian elections is always a non factor, secondly, there are more youths in other parts of Nigeria especially in the North than the loud and noisy Obi youths, thirdly, tribalism betrayed him because of his tribal, toxic, intolerant and tribal supporters.

Obi was a flawed candidate from the get go, but internet noise and the aggressive ways of his supporters didn't let him see his own impending downfall.
