I need a dom account to receive some payments, and I'd like to know the actual minimum amount banks require for creating a dom account. (any bank)
I've read on bank websites that it's $100, but I've also heard of people that got one with zero balance, or like $5.

I don't have the money to buy $100 at the current rates, so I'd like to know if I could open one with something like $20 or less.

Because If I were to withdraw from my Payoneer to my Naira account, I'll just be bleeding money with the difference between the official rates and black market right now.

Don't stress yourself opening a domiciliary account. If you have a gtbank naira account, give it to the sender. When it's sent, gtbank will open a temporary dollar account linked to your naira account for it to be warehouses and gtbank will pay you in dollars. They won't give you naira even if you want it in naira.

I'm not sure how payoneer withdrawal works but the one I stated earlier was based on personal experience.

I was having a bit of trouble getting past the job verification part with both of them. As they're asking for employer details, I don't have.
But I'll see what I can do.

Use the details of the platform from where you usually get paid from, their LinkedIn and all of that. It's what I did.

Pls could this also work for paypal withdrawals aswell? Withdrawing USD,into an NGN account!
