Seyi Tinubu Wants To Forcefully Grab My Legally Acquired Land—lagos Real Estate by Omooba77: 10:45pm On Feb 04
Abu Abel Egbarin, a prominent real estate mogul and resident of Lagos, has raised alarm over an alleged attempt by Seyi Tinubu to forcefully take possession of his legally acquired land.
In a video circulating on the X platform, Egbarin claimed that the Lagos State Government had ordered carpenters to fence the disputed property and hand over the gate key to Tinubu.

According to Egbarin, the land in question had undergone a government assessment, and he had made the payment almost six years ago.

He expressed bewilderment at the sudden assertion that the land belonged to Seyi Tinubu, a revelation that emerged only after he had invested billions of Naira in developing the property.

In the video, Egbarin stated, “Lagos State Government has ordered carpenters to fence my legally acquired land and give the key to the gate to Seyi Tinubu.

“This is a land the state governor gave me assessment before I made payment almost six years ago.

“Before six years ago, you didn’t say the land belonged to Tinubu. When I started filling this land; I’ve spent billions of Naira on it, and you’re now saying Tinubu owns the land. The state government informed the Chief of Staff to come and fence it.

“Nigerians, you can see now. They want to cause trouble. They want to grab my land; that Tinubu is the owner of the land.”

If you legally acquired your land, Seyi Tinubu can't snatch it for the next 99 years.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. If the governor is with Seyi, there is not much this guy can do because Nigerian courts are now a joke.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

It's important to come together and speak out when people use the instruments of political power to effect lawlessness, injustice, covetousness etc. If a people don't do that, the evil will visit them one after the other. Nigerians kept quiet while Tinubu used his subsidiary company which is Lagos state government to demolish Igbo houses because he thought they didn't vote for him. His family's lawlessness, callousness and covetousness would eventually be tasted by all regardless of tribe. This is certain.

They should settle Amicably

Seyi Tinubu should pay him a fair price or let the man go to Court

I am not sure you live in Nigeria because if you did, you wouldn't be writing this. A man who controls all the arms of government can do anything and get away with it.

Sooner rather than later, Nigerians would understand why a compromised judiciary is the worst thing that can happen to a country. Hence the saying, "The judiciary is the hope of the common man."
Re: Seyi Tinubu Wants To Forcefully Grab My Legally Acquired Land—lagos Real Estate by ivolt: 7:38am On Feb 05
I see that he failed to state how he acquired the land.
A land which "undergone a government assessment" is different from
one purchased. May real estate agents/lawyers can explain better.

I hope he is not one of those who got allocated land due to connections.
If they can allocate land to you, then can also take it away.

He should held to court.
Nobody can grab a legally acquired land.

This isn't a matter of C of O.
The government can acquire any land for public use.

But he is alleging Seyi Tinubu and not the government wants the land.

People who have his kind of problem are usually those who use government connections to acquire land
and then fall out of favor with the next administration.

Abu abel, Obama crying about someone taking his land? This criminal and his gangs from Ajiran supported by Ahmed Tajudden have been stealing and converting property belonging to other people. Let Abu Abel tell the whole world how he and naira marley came about the properties they built and sold to unsuspecting buyers on Oba Musa's extension, Idado.

Abu abel has never in his existence acquired any legitimate property, he always forge documents and use his security and thugs to harass the genuine owners.
