I find this Hilarious somewhere in EDO State. Heard it was mounted by the Esan local govt chairman.

This is not funny, like seriously, and people will still continue to drop refuse in that location, because Nigerians hardly read sign posts

BTW prayers no dey work for Naija again, if not why politicians still dey alive after stealing till infinity.

A red cloth with cowries dangling would have been a far cheaper and more effective way to achieve what this person is trying to achieve.
