We're the epitome of colonial lab rats......
The Nations Cup win for us is nothing compared to what we have turned the country to.
Not even the Players recognise what the Nigerian is suffering and put it on a shirt to show support.
Next, money starts to pour and rain like they won the world Cup.
It's all a game that comes up every 2 years. Not even soccer will be developed to help the youth.
Portable...you're the man.
Yu turn up.
Let the drums roll and call this government to order to secure the land and take us a way from strife.
Leave the rest to our humanity.

Ezekiel2122:
Nobody is as confused as those who are laughing at SW for speaking against Tinubu. I think they are the most foolish people.
People are coming out to say the truth, you people are busy rejoicing that they are the only one suffering. Maybe because majority of you people are tribal bigot expecting southwest to keep quiet I don't know.

I can see how wise y’all are, wisdom don kee Una finish

You sabi this song? ‘ as e Dey pain them e Dey sweet us as e Dey sweet us e Dey pain dem?’ You suppose know, you suppose even learn am.

Wisdom is when you see from all indication that something won’t be profitable to you then you choose to do away with it. Foolishness is agreeing to that thing because you choose to be blind of other options for reasons such as tribe and you still go ahead to involve yourself with it and later come out to cry stupid cry.

Foolishness

No nah, Yorubas can't unite with the Igbo's to protest against their tribesman. They rather die of hunger and hardship than unite with Igbo and Hausa against their own.

Alex Otti who uses Innoson Motor as his official car bought two cars for #1.7 billion.

Why does this country have a lot of senseless people?
Only God can help Nigerians from senseless bigots who love defending their people without making research.

Alex Otti also spent close to #1 billion in 3 month to feed himself and his cronies.

SoNature, am sure you would have known about all this if it happened in Lagos state.

Is there any Igbo Nobel Laurette? I stand to be correct but I dont think there is, Chimamanda is not even close. Although Soyinka can be a clown sometimes, that wont erase is legacy and exceptional brilliance

Fuel was #120
Dollar was #180
Bag of cement was #1,800
Bag of rice was #7.500

And Wole Soyinka wasn't pleased and he hit the street.

Now,
Fuel is #690
Dollar is #1,500
Bag of cement is #7,500
Bag of rice is #63,000

When is Wole Soyinka hitting the streets ?

But WOLE will not, because breeze don blow, we don see fowl bum. All the noise about patriotism and his love for Nigeria, na FAKE. The Tragedy of Nigeria is that even the so called EDUCATED ELITES who are supposed to shine the light and show the way are neck deep in TRIBALISM. It is so so so sad and disheartening The "mighty" has fallen. Right now,WOLE is just like the naira, loosing value everyday 🤷🏿‍♂️

Effiongman:
Hardship will not go away if all we do is talk without doing anything. we all need to go into farming, rent every available piece of land, and farm it. We need to spend money wisely. Who will produce food for you if all we do is stay in the city and make noise?

if you can only live well by owning a motorcycle, then don't risk buying a car for 5-10 million naira; don't live in a house that is more expensive than your income. clean water that you can make yourself for less than 10 naira at home, you're buying bottled water for #200. Just imagine how many your family will consume daily. get clean borehole water, boil it, and add few drop of Oxone Your water is better than that sold in plastic bottles.

Just make your life easy and simple. There is money everywhere, so don't go to the big city when the money you are looking for is also in a small city where rents are far cheaper. That akara you are frying in lagos and paying rent of #50,000 monthly can be done in any LGA in your state where rent is less than #8,000 a month.

May God grant us wisdom.

Peter Effiong
People are shouting go farm here and there. The most important thing MONEY was out of the equation . How can average / poor Nigeria farm with empty stomach? Where is the money to rent the land, hire labourer/ machine? Purchase seedlings and maintainance? Not to talk of herdsmen killing and kidnapping in the forest.
To be honest with you, Nigeria has a lot of problems aside laziness of some youths .

And off course that's why eminent personalities within the literature world has nothing to do with the white haired cultist. They never invite him to their functions nor even employ him on contract as done with so many other prize holders.

They know a lot about his shallowness and Agberoism. Actually a shame they gave him the prize!

This man is always making point
All football requires is people sitting around doing nothing but watching a screen.
Protesting against economic hardship requires a lot more than sitting around doing nothing but watching a screen.
Let’s stop conflating passion for productivity. They are extremely different things.
It’s like saying because all Nigerians can cook indomie, then we should all be able to fly an Airbus A380

The same idiot that promoted APC after getting paid.

Some people who have short memories are already praising him.

Made it seem that those who watched the match and celebrated the win are not serious with their lives, but the idiot also watched it, including those who are now promoting his narrative.

Nigeria has been in existence for ages, but these hours are what will stop Nigeria from progressing.
They will praise him because it is a case of " the enemy of my enemy is my friend"
