His selection of the squad shows her knows his players and their individual strengths.
His cordial relationship with the players, creates motivation.. not like other coaches who are more concerned about respect and being bossy than actual motivation of players.
He also seems to study the opponents and their coaches and use their weakness against them.
Even when odds were against us he never broke character. He still kept his cool and focused on his tactical strategies.
