If they person is living in surulere, yaba,ekki etc, he has to relocate his familly to ikorodu to be able to pay that 65k rent. In surulere, you'll be talking about over 100k per month for a 2bed flat. Lol. Or he will move from 2bed to a miniflat. So meaning they live in an area that is cheap (using Lagos). Meaning the traffic situation is bad because most cheap areas on the mainland in Lagos usually have traffic issues. See I used most oo.
