That's pre-Tunubu administration rent u are quoting right there . Do u know how many landlords have increased rent by 100% this 2024 ?

U can know someone who paid 400k for 2 bedroom in those areas as at January 2023 , but have u asked the person how much he paid January 2024?
Let's assume not all landlords has increased rent this year. 600k is still OK if they cut their coat to fit them well.
