NIGERIA VS IVORY COAST
(Africa Cup of Nations Final)
The British and French Bank Limited (BFB) commenced business in Nigeria in 1948.
UBA was incorporated on 23rd, February 1961 to take over the business of BFB.
With an estimated 53% of Nigerians speaking a form of English, Nigeria is one of the largest English-speaking countries in the world. In Nigeria, English is a co-official language alongside three other indigenous languages: Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba.
French is the official language in the Ivory Coast, with a population of 22 million and 34% of French speakers. They have local indigenous languages as well, which are Dioula, Baoule, Dan, Cebaara Senufo and Anyin, but in actual totality, they have about 78 different spoken languages in the Ivory Coast.
Since United Bank for Africa is formerly known as British and French Bank and Nigeria is an English speaking country while Ivory Coast is a french speaking country I will give the winner to the country I was born that is NIGERIA,bringing the Africa Cup of Nations Home will added value to Michael Ariyo the owner of Micari Ice Incorporated content writer provider and estate developer company banking career by the time I resume at United Bank for Africa Head office in Marina Lagos Nigeria

As the day draw near when Nigeria will be faced with the host nation, Ivory Coast in this keenly contested tournament, AFCON 2023 FINAL. There are high hopes of Nigeria taking the day but Ivory Coast are not to be taken for a ride.

History will be made on Sunday if Nigeria clings unto her forth AFCON title or Ivory Coast towards her third glorious Championship.

What are your expectations for the match and which team do you think will get to finally lift the cup.

Oh really? What an interesting diagnosis, even without seeing the patient? Wow, what a genius. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Now, if you want to be logical, and not blinded by patriotism. Go and watch their highlights against Nigeria with a clear unbiased mind. The only match the Ivorians faltered was against Equatorial Guinea, every other match, they relentlessly played their hearts out, and only failed to get results against Nigeria in those instances.

I laugh, basing your opinion about them because they qualified as the fourth-best third-place team? Yet they beat Senegal, the defending champs, and Mali (both group toppers) on their way to the finals.

Playing against a host nation whose head to head record against Nigeria reads...
Nigeria 9 - Draws 10 - Ivory Coast 9....After all these you still think they are a walkover? Then I wonder who truly needs a Psychiatrist.

We all want Nigeria to win, but that doesn't mean one shouldn't be open minded, that's the best way to avoid heart attacks.

I am not impressed with what the super eagles played against south Africa. If not for our goal keeper, we would not have made it to the final stage. Our guys started well and later became disorganized. If not for God and our goal keeper I don't know what would have been our story by now. They should please brace up today. We don't need penalty against Ivory coast. We need direct goals. Equatorial Guinea defeated Ivory coast in our group. It means we can defeat them. Super eagles you can do it today. Seeing you at the top. Go and win.

Any kind of goal is allowed abeg. Ivory Coast too are not in the final to pick pin. We are both 11 players, so don't expect us to overwhelm them. It will be tough, very tough.

I think past form is not a good pointer to this game, this Ivorian team are about the most useless in the history of their country.

They have ridden their luck incredibly well throughout the tournament and I can't even think of one standout player in their team.

However the beauty of football is the fact that results are not predetermined and anything can happen on the day.

Nigerians are either wildly optimistic or wildly pessimistic. There is no middle ground with us.

Though I agree they won't be a walkover but we are favourites for a reason. However if we don't score by the 20th minute, the game might start becoming more even.

I have been watching the Super Eagles for a long time, I have never seen one that is so defensively disciplined though we never played any of the big teams.
