The way the north is lamenting about hunger is really shameful, with all the vast arable land in the North it can't feed itself, after landlocking the Igbos in the old Eastern region after the civil war and Buhari even calling the South East a dot we can now see that having large expanses of land and you can't feed is useless

When I saw the news of the NFF boasting that the Super Eagles will win the AFCON for Tinubu, “not for Nigeria,” I hissed.

I knew they were about to sing that annoying “on your mandate,” if Nigeria had won.

Tinubu is still on zero achievement. They forgot he has never won anything on merit?

Everyone, from the NFF to INEC, to the National Assembly, to the judiciary, not forgetting the Ronu Miscreants; sycophants were ready to sing that very stupid Fascist’s song. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the reason why the Super Eagles lost. They were about to take their Fascism to another level.

Goodluck Jonathan lifted the AFCON trophy in 2013. Muhammadu Buhari did not even qualify for the 2015 & the 2017 tournaments.

Nigeria could only manage a Bronze in 2019, & we were knocked out in 2021. Buhari was so terrible at everything.

Everything they touched, they killed. The APC gave Nigerians a barren 9 years. They are yet to succeed at anything.

Not in Economy, Security, Anti-Corruption, pulling people out of poverty, etc. However, they excel in bigotry, hunger, poverty & starvation, they excel in gagging the traditional & the social media as well.

Cost of living is now killing the living. Head to head, BAT is only in competition with Bubu. Between Buhari & Bola, who will end up as the worst plague that happened to Nigeria?
the moment they started politicizing that AFCON, I know that Nigeria will not win it.

The Emir is disgracing himself, where was his voice when Buhari was ruling.

He asking idiotic questions on moving of some department of CBN and FAAN to Lagos.

He's tackling ex Emir Sanusi due to he felt ex-Emir was supporting Tinubu because he refused to criticize him for now prior to how he mentioned Buhari's involvement in this current economy situation of Nigeria.

I'm not glad with how things are now, but I hate hypocrite.

you are the worst hypocrite. If you want to compare buhari with Tinubu start with fuel price, exchange rate and foodstuffs price.

Useless Emir Of Kano, I am not a fan of Tinubu but putting pressure on this man not possible, buhari mess up this country badly plus your Fulani bandit who are your parents and brothers who are killing farmars in they numbers , your brother buhari looted the country dry, this man has no magic to do or been a magician. So bullshit talk from backwards dam Emirates poor thinkers from kano, Tinubu is not your problems, let him enjoy Nigeria ltd company he bought with his dollars, via your brother who reg election results for him, don't even bother that man again, he will finish 8 years nothing your Emirates can do about it.

Shut it man.
US has less than 5% of their population into farming but are able to produce enough food.
Nigeria has more than 40% of the population into agriculture yet there is food crisis. You think the number of Nigerians into agriculture is not enough that's why we import food?

Where is your own farm btw

It is always refreshing to 'see' people who have thier thinking cap on.

I have always maintained that the nonsense about everyone going to farm is bullocks and an effort to absolve themselves (political rulers) of any responsibility.

Farming should not be a last resort, but a willing endeavour from people who are genuinely interested in it and have a clear vision of what they want to achieve.

Why didn't he speak up on insecurity in Buharis era? The North was busy proposing and defending the "amnesty" idea for terrorists which has obviously created more problems for the nation.

If farmers are able to farm without terrorists destroying their farms, maiming, kidnapping and killing them, our hunger situation will probably not be as bad as this.
those are the reasons Tinubu was voted and since he cannot solve them then he should resign.

As much as i agree with the thinks you say, i don't think northerners are underappreciated, as a matter of fact, the products they bring to SW are not free, infact they make better profit here in SW compared to the prices in the north, political wise North are over compensated

The issue of farming in yoruba land be like water pass garri, no measures can fix in a short time, with the hyper inflation rate on food stuff we need short term measures to arrest the pace, ... even as at the time our borders were open and items were coming in freely from contonu Naira had value way above the cepha, re-opening our border and letting food items flow in freely is our surest redemption
the same north gave Tinubu the highest votes. All Tinubu appointees are from Yoruba. Mind you, South West has never given buhari the highest votes since the 5 times he contested.
The north deserve more because they have given more.

Patience.buhari left a tattered economy and tinubu has to rebuild everything.sometjing that was damaged within 8 years cannot be fixed within 7 months,it will take at least 3 years.so let's give him till next year.unlike buhari, tinubu is a businessman and most of his friends are business so he knows what to do.it is a matter of time...
Again, you can see the policies and moves coming out from cbn which will stabilize the monetary policies before dec.from there, the next focus is insecurity and there is a great effort by the govt to flush out bandits and kidnappers.then, another focus is on agriculture and employment generation.then infrastructure.he might not deliver as much projects as buhari but he will try.the economy and insecurity will occupy tinubu tenure

There lies the truth. Agriculture should be like every other profession engaged in by people with passion for it, not some frustrated people trying to survive because they have no other means.
The moment politicians stress on people going to farm, know they've failed and just trying to shirk their responsibility of making life better for the people they govern.
It is saddening that even the Nigerians that go to farm can no longer do so because of insecurity yet some elements are still echoing the nonsense that our leaders say.

Is it subsistence farming largely evident in Nigeria that will create food security...Nigerians have been made so poor that most people that go to farm only do so to survive, they are insecure with food even while they eat

If the Emir can use his good position to talk to Gumi and his boys to stop the insecurities, then all will be well. Expecting Tinubu to solve the problems that Buhari and the northern elites started and are financing is hypocrisy.

Look, based on the realities on ground, the only wise thing to do is farming. Subsistence farming? Yes. It's a necessity in this trying time. It's not something you have to do yanga against. It is only in normal times that you can do agric based on interest. This time, it's about survival.

How did the North give more? When the SW a la folks like Tinubu, Tunde Bakare et al made it possible for Buhari to win the presidency after crying on national TV and despite his inviting of Fulani thugs armed with assault rifles to come and kill people in the eventuality of his defeat, Buhari appointed Fulanis in everywhere that matters in the country. So 2 can play the game. The North does not supply food for free. People pay for their farm produce. Even more in the South than in the North. But the North benefits from national allocation without paying a dime. The lands in the South are equally rich and fertile for farming, but the Fulani terrorists keep killing farmers and destroying their farms. There is no amount of whitewashing you can do on behalf of the North. That region is the reason why Nigeria is backward.

Tinubu is planning to export food to other countries when Nigerians are hungry. He's planning to use tractors for farming when he hasn't solved the problem of bandits killing farmers.

Those are lofty and good plans. They are plans. OK? Atleast he has plans. There is nothing wrong in the president sharing his plans while he is tackling insecurities in the South and Abuja. The elites and elders of the North no how to stop insecurity. So go talk to them.

Tell the emir to address selfcentredness and evil hearts that led him and others to believe that the Fulani must conquer and misrule Nigeria. Tell him to address Fulani herdsmen terrorism and work towards retrieving all stolen wealth of Nigeria in the hands of Dangote, Buhari and all his appointees during his 8 years of stealing. Tinubu supported them and is still covering them till date. The hunger in the land has been created by all of them.
