Hello mum's in the house,my baby just arrived 3days ago,and I have been unable to produce milk from my breast to feed him and he has been feeding on Nan baby food, pls what can I take to produce milk fast from my breast and also is it okay I get breast pump to pump my breast

Try hot pap and ori. Just add some portion of Ori in hot pap. The hot pap will dissolve the ori then drink, taste isn't very pleasant though but it works well.

Hello all,

Please I have been giving our new born peak 0-12 but I noticed that it is scarce, infact very scarce.

So I'm wondering, is it safe? Why is that the only batch I've been seeing around are those produced in 2022.

I'm looking forward to feedback please

Hi beautiful mums, I'm experiencing something that is really disturbing me. I'm a 1st time mum & menses returned 6months after I gave birth to my daughter but since then it has been as if I menstruate every week or 2weeks. My period will just come unexpectedly. Before I conceived itt was regular 28days (even though I ttc for 8years before I finally conceived) but once the period comes today it may come again in few days time. And it's bright red & much, no clot. I complain to my Dr. But she said it's because I'm breastfeeding that hormone haven't return back to normal but pls sisters is it normal? Has anyone experienced this? I'm really worried because I'm trying for another pregnancy. My baby is 9months but not actively sucking anymore because she's eating solid food small small. Pls help. Thnx

Please mums help a ftm.
My baby has had this sweat looking rashes from 2nd day of birth. How do I clear them? Its not itchy or disturbing her.
Again, what baby cream do recommend? Shes a week old and I haven’t started rubbing any thing on her body.
Also she farts alot while breastfeeding and hasn’t pooed in 2days. What could be the cause? Thanks.
That looks like cradle cap. It should resolve on its own with time. Hope you are not using too much baby products on her. Newborn skin is very delicate and can react to any product. Just warm water is ok for cleaning her face.

Hi mama, you can use cotton wool or a soft brush but ensure you get a baby toothpaste for this

Good evening.

Please, to experienced mummies,
Is it normal to start bleeding again, perhaps after about 5 weeks after delivery/birth?

Note that, after giving birth she used hot water to massage the stomach and sit on warm water so the bad blood could come out, and after carrying out that exercise for days the blood eventually stopped.
Going to second week now, she started bleeding again and we thought it's menstruation at first.

Please is there anyone Who has experienced same, whose insight can help us with a better understanding of the situation?
Thank you.

Hello, it could be either of two things; Return of her mense or Retained Products of Conception (meaning she hasn't actually shed out all the particles from her previous pregnancy). But best advice is to take her back to the hospital for proper evaluation. Congratulations on your new addition.

Hi mothers,
I'm new here, a first time mum after waiting for 7yrs, I don't lactate and my baby has been taking nan 1
I need help
My baby will be 3 months by month end and she is experiencing a terrible colic pain, I did my research and discovered my baby has animal milk intolerance. To confirm I gave her pap for 2 weeks and d pain disappeared, but I had to go back to formula because the pap was making her loose weight. Immediately we went back to formula the colic pain started again
I wanted to start giving her formula that has soya milk in it instead of animal milk, example is ISOMIL but they're scarce in d market, I've gone to a lot of supermarkets but can't find Isomil
I'm typing with pain, mothers pls help me 🙏

Honestly, the best advice you can get is from your gynaecologist.

No two bodies are the same. Even if I have the same experience as you, it may medically not be the same.

Best, speak with your doctor.

URGENT.. URGENT.. URGENT

Hello mummies, I'm new on this thread. Thanks for opening the thread.
Pls I'm experiencing something strange. I gave birth via CS (baby is now 10months old) & period returns 6months after but it wasn't regular. It kept on coming almost 1 week interval for like a day or 2days ND normal period will still come on the normal date for the month. I complained & I was told hormones haven't regulated & I was given ERYTHROMYCIN & it has stopped since January but my period for February isn't coming & I've done PT test twice & it's negative. Now I see watery discharge. Though not smelling lik Dat but it's much. Sometimes the liquid will just pump out as if it's my period coming. I'll have to use panty liner.
Pls I'm worried as I have been trying for baby No 2 since December but nothing is sticking. Is it because I delivered via CS or something isn't right?
Pls what do I do. I'm really worried.
Thnx
