That is Iju ishaga Ishesi bus stop, fire fighter came but they were busy snapping pictures from their vehicle for almost 45mins before they start bringing out their hose to off the fire…

Thank God houses are not close to the main road in the area.

I don't think you witnessed that scene. No right thinking person or fire fighter will stay back to witness such at the point of explosion. I was told many ran out of their houses almost naked.

People heard the sound and saw the fire all the way from Berger, Ojodu, Lambe (in Ogun state), Obawole etc.

Two many explosions in Lagos these days. Lagos State government should wake up to these trends that is rendrng people poor and sniffing life out of residences

Turned out to be a gas truck explosion.

Our safety standards for transportation of flammable/ combustible materials is suspect.
