We are so behind that even basic things seems so unreal to us

Abeg what is the meaning of this?, something a prepaid metre would solve without issues at all

Is not their fault, they have to meet a target, and in a community where light is stable and constant, I see no reason why they shouldn't pay...

Even if it just 2million they generate in that community every month, is still fair than nothing...

I don't know why most Nigerians don't like servicing their light bills...

Some will find it hard to pay as low as 5k for monthly bill, but have no qualms spending 20k running generators all week.

At times, I think most of you Nigerians just don't want this nation to work at all.

An average Nigerian is "fantastically" corrupt. The distribution company wouldn't want to give out prepaid meters because they make money by selling it.

If they eventually give out prepaid meters, which some people will still reject, because they don't want to pay for what they consume, some of the ones who get it would bypass it.

We need leaders in this country with the will to end malpractices and corruption. If examples are made out of mischievous people, others would take dressing.

You see people throwing their dirt in gutters, and same people would be complaining when the place gets flooded.

Arrest these people and jail them and watch how this behavior would reduce drastically.
