nihilistjnr:Again Obi himself doesn't have any level like Ojukwu. Infact Obi was absolutely untested when it came to national or regional politics. Like you said, he had to even go to court to win his governorship. So now explain how the Igbos decided that this man got their votes but a more loved Ojukwu couldn't get votes. Are you saying the Igbos love Obi more than they love Ojukwu? Because you have established that both of them didn't have level at all😁. So why did the Igbos choose Obi over Ojukwu? To make it worse, labour party in igbo land had no standing unlike apga sef. So do Igbos love Obi more than Ojukwu? |

izzou:Each party has its regional bloc votes, to deny that is to be truly ignorant of the Nigerian political landscape. The overtly tribalistic vote in SE happened in this last election when for the first time in 23 years of democracy, SE did not vote for PDP as usual...instead voting of the only candidate of SE background on the ballot. If I say O, you say P, another man say C, omo na you sabi. |

nihilistjnr:So, everybody has been practicing tribalism since, and the SE just woke up in 2023? I have not denied the bolded. I am simply asking if it was tribalism when they were voting PDP |

liveLongNprospa:
Are you literally blind or dyslexic? nihilistjnr:Maybe listen to Theodore Orji who left APGA for PDP His words: “I don’t have any problems with him at all. If he felt bad he is correct because he is a man we respect very well and when I came into APGA he received me wholeheartedly. He did not hesitate for one day. He only said the only problem he would have receiving me was if I was coming with my predecessor (Orji Uzor Kalu). That was the (only) condition he set. He said if I was coming alone I did not have any problem.Or maybe listen to Obi himself on why he left APGA to PDP “the issue of joining a National party is not about what was happening in APGA, but because of the need to be a competitor and not a spectator in national affairs”. |

![]() .....Atiku, Kwankwaso lost in their respective Regions. PBAT lost in his Region. Peter Obi also lost in his region. Case closed......no tribalism in whatsoever, except one of the candidates won his region overwhelmingly. |

nihilistjnr:You must be blind oo. We are saying a full region voted for someone based on him being the best candidate. I used another person as an example to buttress my point. You are doing addition and subtraction of irrelevant information. The question is fvcking simple nihilistjnr Does the SE LOVE OBI MORE THAN OJUKWU? The SE as a region and not just political actors alone. Do they love Obi more than Ojukwu?? Jesus Christ is that too fvcking hard to answer? |

Anyway after all the circuitousness, you will log off and face the facts that you've supported someone who's turned out to be a monumental failure in all ramifications. That one, them no dey argue am. |

izzou:You're saying one thing, I'm saying another thing, I'm not against tribalism in the slightest. In fact: nihilistjnr:I am challenging Unlimted22's position that the SE Obi vote in 2023 was not a tribal vote. It very much was. The difference is that the tribal vote across Nigeria had been going to parties - AD/APC/ACN/NNPN in SW/NW, PDP - SE, SS, NC, NE, until last year when it specifically went to people for the first time - Atiku in NE\NC, Tinubu SW\NW, Obi SE To deny that is to be fraudulent in the extreme. |

He'll pick the best brains. He's prepared for this his whole life. He's a master Strategist. When you were in opposition, there was no leeway extended to the ruling party. Now you Don enter there, things have fallen apart at a rate so catastrophic even the most pessimistic of doomsday preachers couldn't have predicted it. But we should give him time to find his feet 😁😁😁 Broski, they are at the bottom of his legs. Cap another thing for here. |

nihilistjnr:It's pretty difficult to make an argument of tribalism as reason when there exists an Ojukwu in 2003, or were they not tribalistic in 2003 and suddenly in 2023 chose tribalism? |

liveLongNprospa:You're literally asking a stupid question - Ojukwu contested senate election in 1983 and lost by 12000 votes. How own wife lost the primaries for the senate ticket in the party that Ojukwu created. Peter Obi himself literally told you he left Ojukwu's party to be relevant at national level. If Ojukwu was ever relevant at regional level post 1999, before you start asking silly questions, maybe you should show evidence? |

OasisX:Lol, During Buhari's tenure, this is what you guys said, and the rest, as they say, is history. You're trying to defend person that said "he will hit the ground running immediately he was elected" Well, We have seen what he meant by hitting the ground running. 😆 |
