What is this grotesque figure!🧐😳. The American victim needs to take a second look at her ability to see well! Except this guy was using someone else's pictures it should be difficult to believe she saw this obviously drug ravaged figure and consented to marry him!!

Can somebody explain what a fake marriage is to me?

Does that mean the oyibo woman will return all the knacking she got from the guy? Or the sleepless night he had staying awake to please her on phone?

I think EFCC ought to stop attending to marriage scam or whatever they call it. Two adults agreed to go into a distant romantic relationship, one decided to send money to the other to meet up with his needs with the hope of being married or whatever, why go after the guy cos the relationship failed? The white mummies won't stop looking for cheap black men they lure with their dollars, why stress the guys after the eye sores of seeing a naked mama with wrinkles all over her body?

When will EFCC start going after Nigerian ladies who collect money from guys without ending up marrying the guys?

they have started bombing LinkedIn too?

That's the new found love of scammers. They will wear suit and put a professional picture as if they are working in a corporate organisation. Those guys have gone far. One claimed to be working with an international consulting firm based in Lagos was chatting my close family relative in US, a single lady in her early 40s. The online relationship has gone far before I was asked to confirm the authenticity of the guy's company. LinkedIn is the latest playground for the keyboard warriors now. Shine your eyes

This right here is a BIG problem.

Yahoo is no longer a crime in most Nigerian households. Parents pray for their criminal kids to get more victims.

This idiots have turned crime into a FAMILY-BUSINESS. Made his sister a CFO.

MORE robust and comprehensive punitive measures need to be introduced for this kind of crime.

For instance, ALL the family members of a captured Yahoo Boy should be arrested. They know about what he does. They received stolen goods so that makes them accessories after the fact.

Next, plea bargains should NEVER be made available for Yahoo Boys. EVER!

Imagine stealing $370K, the life savings of a possibility geriatric person, and then returning less than 10% of it in exchange for a reduced sentence.

The crime for Yahoo should be life imprisonment or execution.

Why?

Because these people devise systems to hurt another person in the most unimaginable ways.

Imagine, stealing the retirement savings of a 65-year old grandma who is sick and can no longer work just because you, an able-bodied 27-year old LAZY idiot, want to buy Lexus and iPhones.

Also, it's a matter of NATIONAL REPUTATION. This criminals are destroying our collective reputation as a people.

They need to be stopped with stringent consequences.
yahoo no suppose be crime. Oyinbos did the biggest scam to get to where they are today. They didn't just steal from other people, they murdered them and took their lands and resources that's why they are so much better off than us today. Even the 'leaders' here in Nigeria are carrying out massive heists on a daily basis. The world is fuccked up. People who work the hardest get the tiny slice of the meal that's is they even allow you to eat from it sef

Don't get me wrong I don't support fraud but know that the enemy WITHIN is worse. The politicians is the enemy withing. They are a cancer to Nigeria, they are responsible for almost 99% of everything wrong with Nigeria, and that includes youths going into fraud.

Imagine, stealing black people from africa and making them slaves in a faraway land. While I may not personally endorse this business, I understand that the individuals involved have their own reasons for participating.

The Supreme Court has held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) does not have the powers to prosecute offenses that are not corruption cases and that the only corruption cases it can investigate are cases involving the movement of cash from Nigeria to foreign countries and corruption cases involving federal finances, being a creation of federal law.

EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria", or "corruption cases involving federal finances".
