As a real estate consultant in Ibadan, I get a handful number of requests from individuals or business entities who are looking to rent or buy properties in Ibadan and one of their major concerns is electricity.

You will agree with me that the state of electricity in Nigeria is at its lowest performance, nevertheless property seekers in Ibadan still request for areas where they can get the best.

As a professional, one of my duties is to ensure my client needs are met and they get value for their money. This led me to carry out a survey about the state of electricity in popular areas in ibadan.
