It's about my Honda EOD 2004,each time I start and move after parking for like 4hrs or more and once i accelarate the gear drags from entering gear 2 and when it finally enters its come with a knocking sound gboom but after entering that gear 2 the rest of the journey will be very smooth even if i drive for 10hrs and i have scanned the car but nothing was detected please what could be the cause and the solution as i dont want it to get out of hand because i just changes the gear last year may

I'm afraid to tell you this...It seems the gear has issues already.
Did you change the complete gear?

yes i bought a complete tokunbo last year

check oil level. Which oil you put inside?
Lastly change solenoid

Hmmmm...I will suggest you ask your friends or people around for another good mechanic to still check the gear.Im suspecting it's the gear...

Do not attempt any repairs until you have the transmission scanned with a professional scanner most especially when the fault is present.

is the D gear lever indicator blinking?

nope the gear still select fine except when the car has rested for a long while on parking and when you start the car it's just that first shifting from 1 to 2 that is bringing that comes with the sound gboom and after that everything becomes normal
