I am always skeptical of populist moves like thus as I feel they don't address the root cause but just seek to scapegoat some people.

I am not an economist and don't know what theory this follows but it sounded like when Emefiele blamed Naira depreciation on abokifx. I believe in free market. If you hoard goods to speculate and prices tank you will end up eating your grains by yourself

Those who know what war against hoarding will achieve in the long term can shed more light

It's similar to Buhari flogging hoarders in 1984
That is the point..

If I hoard food items,I am just being stupid cos it will expire and I gnash my teeth for the loss I incurred as a result...

.I don't think there is food haulage to start with cos if Mr A sells a commodity at a certain price and Mr B tries something silly...then Mr A will always be patronised..

I wonder while a supermarket will be shot down for jacking up price and fuel station left alone for same offence....

Now you see how evil these APC supporters are.

If he isn't getting anything from the loots, he is definitely feeling the heat like the rest of us, but shame won't let him admit it...just like the ones that defends every disaster on this board.

Imagine asking us what our business is with exchange rates...an import dependent economy?

Like tinubu, like shaytun...like the rest of them. Smh

Lol… what’s this clown.

I based my support on Policies, i will argue against government policy I feel is bad and argue for policy I feel are good and lead to a practical path to development.

I debate state methods and concepts, not merely fool along on gist and gossip.

If you want to argue against specific policy I support then do that like someone that has gone to school and not someone that is talking with illiterate people or kids with gist, stories and banters.

I am less concerned about Ribadu shinning teeth, but deeply concerned that Ribadu the national security adviser sat down in a gathering where this much bile and idiocy laden message was delivered as lecture.

Like a country where we claim we are one and and the NSA sat there not even correcting the misinformation that Northerners deserve to collect loan for farming and not repay the loan?

That the NSA will sit down all through a lecture where the man is suggesting northerners should not be probed or investigated?

Shame on Ribadu! Shame on DSS if they don't invite the stupid cleric as well

Sometimes Nigerian leaders leave you scratching your head.

I mean how can you be pro-business and pro-open markets and at the same breath be pro-feudalistic and engaging in socialist decision.

Is Tinubu suffering from Multiple personality Disorder.

As an educated person Ribadu owes the congregation a duty to at least educate them after the clown of a cleric must have done with his lectures .

He should've asked for a chance to speak after the cleric and just clarify on some issues . As the NSA I expected him to at least tell them the anchor borrowers was a loan and they are expected to pay ; albeit he will talk to the authorities to give them grace to pay at a forward date . He can also chip it in that we are one in this country even though we support different parties ( even if he doesn't believe it )

They won't stone him if he does that . And I'm sure by now that his stupid laughter video is trending ; he would ask his team to release the video of him Correcting those impressions .

I once was going from my family house in Oyigbo to work in Rukpakwulusi New Layout, close to Eliozu bridge. I go comot house by 7 and get to work before 8.

My uncle has a 2-bed inside Rumuigbo New Layout, on the East - West Road axis before you get to Obirikwerre flyover. It's 1.5m in a secure neighborhood with light water and furnishing.

For my other uncle side for Rumuokwurusi, better selfcon no pass 300.

Even inside GRA, 2bed na from 2.5-3m. Guy housing really dey give me hope for Port Harcourt. And the recent road repairs and constructions have helped to ease movement to the extent that I can stay in Oyigbo and work in Borikiri and still get to work on time.

Borokiri to Oyinbo is actually only a 20 mile journey. I expect to make that in 1 hour in a town with good road network. In my secondary school days in mid 90s, I did Borokiri to Rumuibekwe daily by bus and that was a 1 hr 45 min to 2 hr journey. Today that journey should be like 1 hr.

What's the craze with hoarding of food?

Are people complaining of food scarcity or inflation?

Just as cement price shot up, food items did likewise...so why are they diverting attention and looking for who to blame as the reason why people are hungry?

There are food items everywhere, but purchasing power is weakened....

This people has no answer whatsoever. The whole thing is looking childish now.

There is no telling that he didn't. But there is an anger you will face, your church mind will give you sense

I see that his laugh as the same laugh that Okocha gave after missing penalty against Brazil in 1996 Olympics at 3-1 down

There is no such thing as hoarding

Storing food in warehouse for later distribution done turn "hoarding". Na witch-hunt

I think that was some religious gathering.

In such situation, their clerics is the only truth sayer and all must listen and never question his utterances. Rinadu might have said something that will make him catch some flak right there. These northerners no dey play with their religion

Tinubu is a feudalist capable of the odd disguise. We told everyone who cared to listen that the man is a glorified Shylock. Na only Taxation and IGR dey him head

That would fly in a cash cow state like Lagos but when it comes to Nigeria where you have to actually form policies that will move the entire country forward na waffling and kalolo would be the only outcome
