Good morning nairalanders, I hope you all are faring well in this tough economy, this is my first time making a post here on properties section, I hope you all help me out and advice me.
I want to start a 4 bedroom building project on my land, I will like to know the total estimate it will cost from the foundation to the roof, plumbing, tiling, wiring, and plastering, I will love to have a total estimate of the building.

Moreover if you're a contractor and can give me told estimate money that will be enough for a 4 bedroom projecting, then I will love to send a DM.
