I just got this message by PayPal asking me to verify some info on my account. I opened the PayPal account via a Romania PayPal, of course, you know PayPal does not allow Nigerian account to receive payment.

My main concern is the bank statement. I use a Payoneer account for withdrawal. The address on my PayPal account is Romanian, while the address on my Payoneer bank statement is Nigerian.

They have stopped me from sending or withdrawing money until I provide those info. I am really confused about where to go from here.
