Regardless of the down talks or/and hypes, i believe the next phase is where he singlehandedly begins to make things change for the team, getting tense situations changed and grabbing more spotlight. I dunno if Refs will protect him in return sha. Cos ororo enjoyed that. Salah does too.
I swear I remember 2019/2020 when little Saka single handedly carried Arsenal on his shoulder....The rest now is history

I wanted to type something long before until I came across the bolded. You need to start watching this team first before you start debating about who is cerebral and who is not. BTW, I lifted this from EBL's weekly analysis on Twitter.

Ødegaard made sure that occurred, though, as he consistently organised the structure of his team.

As he was moving high, he instructed White to invert. His tactical understanding is incredible.

Much like Bernardo is for Pep, Ødegaard is like a coach on the pitch for Mikel..

Look at that last line...
You like going off point all the time. I am not talking about who gives instructions on the pitch, I am talking about whose positioning or movements affects others more. Errh!!!

Using the data from your screenshot, your hypothesis is void..it is not even capable of being tested because it has no basis.

I always criticize anyone who misses easy chances and GJ wasn't an exception. I've criticized even Saka here during his early days for missing chances before he improved tremendously.

The reason why we argued was because you were saying he's missing chances because of his workrate he normally do and that he needs to stay in the box like a traditional 9 why I disagreed saying he's just not a great goalscorer.

I've always always been an advocate for false 9 role right from beginning
I am not talking about missing chances but being a 20goal per season player
Did you accept that he was not a striker then? Because I said the reason why GJ doesn't score much goals is because he is not playing as a traditional striker.

MT and EBL analysis is all one needs to know that what he said up there no be am. One that doesn't even watch our games can get a full image of the game from those two X accounts.

Odegaard and Rice move the most in our team and that is most obvious to rival legends doing pundits.

How will commentators and football legends mention Rice and Odegaard more than the so called brain of the team?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Leave him abeg. I guess the standards are too high for those two that maybe they are the spirit and not the brain.

The ghost of the team getting recognition from a top manager

Arteta doesn't like a big squad. Partey and Jorginho are likely to leave with two midfielders replacing them. And if Arteta get plans for you, I don't think he will loan you out. See the way all our U23s were leaving but Ethan and co stayed back.
I think Sambi own is different. Firstly he's not u-23 player and secondly I once read he was the one who asked for loan since he won't be guaranteed much playing time.

We'll get to see how it unfolds sha but I like his skillset.

seeing what he's done vs proven teams with supposedly better midfielders throughout and other tasking roles like the goal he denied vs man u is enough for me. But he may also go the joe willock way.
You've a valid point sha.
But even if we want to sell him, it suppose be above 40m oo grin

I no deh argue in favour of any 20goal a season striker. In fact, it's the other way round.

I've always been vocal here that I prefer Lacazette over Auba even though I respect what Auba did for us here. I've always been vocal that I love Firmino. And I always say I love Gabriel Jesus because he makes this system tick

Why? Because I believe they make modern football system to tick, they make attack unpredictable and fluid mostly because of their dropping deep and interplay with their wingers and Midfielders. I'm always a sucker for goals to be shared/spread evenly among our players instead of just one player (striker) having the bunch of goals while others are single digit. I've always maintained I don't care who scores(striker or not) as long as the team is winning and the team isn't lacking goals.

And as for the bolded, the main reason we argued is that GJ doesn't score goals much because he doesn't stay in the box which I even argued otherwise by bringing heat maps and stats showing you how he has the highest intensity of heat map in the box among all our attackers and that he misses the most chances amongst all players in the league thereby voiding your claim that he doesn't stay in the box(even if he drops deep). Then your argument changed to that he was fatigued whenever he enters the box and that's why he's missing chances.

Anyone who followed our argument last season knows you didn't argue in favour of false 9 and certainly not with me who's a lover of one.

Me I'll love to have him sha. If you notice he execute exactly what his manager tells him to do in-game. That's all that convinced me that Arteta will say and he'll do this time. But we need money too. 😂

When last we get good price for our player that didn't break into the team? Besides who is seeing the Maitland-Niles story in Lyon?

Its the 4th time Uefa handle has posted The Ghost of this team. We are patiently waiting for when they'll post the brains of the team at least twice.
