Hello gurus in the house, pls I want to make a website which isn't static, but like I want users to be able like to be accessing the web and app freely, pls how do I go about it , am I going to service providers company to pay for bandwidth or what? Thank you

You need to host itt online if you want people to access it

Nash after hosting bro, I mean just like how free basics websites are accessed freely , I want mine to be that also, so I was asking if I have to walk to this ISP company's to pay for something or what ? Thanks

As long as your website is up and running, everyone can have access to it na. You don't need to meet any ISP for anything again.
