the inflation and such attitude has nothing in common. A thief is a thief and such dealers are thieves. I have insane amount of goods I have bought from dealers and whenever I need them, I just make a phone call and get them. The dealers will just complain and joke about how I profited from it.

If prices dropped, they won't refund it so why should they increase their prices after full payment have been made?

I also asked same question some while ago, I have 5 bags with my cement seller, it's like I will gently go and collect and lock them up in my ongoing project before the man will succumb to the temptation of price increment... My ears are so paining me to hear that kind story...lol

Some weeks back I bought like 30 bags of cement @ 5800 from a seller and the money has been paid in full. Secondly I told the seller to keep those cement for me in his shop which means that I have not gone to carry the cement because I have not gotten other materials ( like gravel etc) that I would need on the site. So the cements are still with the seller.

Now the price of cement has gone up, hope the man won't tell me to add more money b4 I go carry my cement oo
I am asking so that I go know whether I have right to display madness in his shop if the man try to act funny or I should just keep my cool.
Please I need response on this from professionals in the house.

Nobody can predict what this seller will do. Individual integrity and greediness plays a major role.
I had similar experience with a seller back in 2015 when the price of cement went up from 1,150 to 1,350 naira. The greedy lady insisted that I must pay the difference. Meanwhile, a seller in Abeokuta clearly wrote on his invoice that the existing price would have 90 days validity period upon full payment and receipt issued.

As is, money made in Nigeria stays in Nigeria. I recently bought some lands in owerri recently because this money doesn't worth going back to the US. Its just useless there.

It's almost the same in Nigeria. Few people would be able to afford renting properties if home owners charge according to the amount they spent building it.
I think diasporas are the ones subsidizing our economy with the money they remit back home.

Drilling per meter has gone up from 9,000 to 10,000 in space of two weeks. Now there's a new price in town, currently drilling is @11000 per meter.

We just concluded all our outstanding projects.

Casing has gone up from 16,000 to 22,000 just under 3weeks. And our brothers are not even selling bulk, maximum they will sell to you 2 dozens that cannot execute a week drill.

The old Oga EgunMogaji gate design, now modified to look different.
Made with thick checker board iron with a touch of Gold and flower designs. I just like the simplicity of it.
This gate is very heavy and we had to employ some Abokis to erect it. The thing cost about N1m now o. God help us o.

1500 × 1400 parlour window
1200 × 1400 room window

These are the original window sizes on the plan before we were offered reduced sizes because of cost.
