My problem with Koeman was that he ostracised some players and he communicated poorly with some of those he didn't like. We don't need this at this level

Xavi set up the team well tonight but he reacted very poorly in the 2nd half. Lamine Yamal was clearly tired after 60 minutes but he kept him there. Even Gundogan played poorly and gave away lots of balls, including the one they scored with but he wasn’t substituted. Pedri was out of the match, even before he assisted the goal but a supposed elite coach does not see this.

That's why it's hard for this team to play a good 90 minutes game. They train poorly and are mostly tired after 60 minutes. This is elite footballers we're talking about. Struggling to complete 90 minutes every single match
