It was started by Barth Nnaji, a minister of power under Jonathan.

He resigned as Minister so he could do his own private project.

A far cry from the criminals serving under the apc govt with conflicts of interest and refused to resign.

it is a very welcomed development in the east. That power plant was to be launched tommorrow, but Tinubu changed it to monday so that he could personally inuagurate it. The truth that me and you know is that tinubu is desprate and would jump at any chance to display himself in the positive lime light. He had nothing to do with this project apart from the inaguration, Tinubu led FGs 1kobo no dey that project, it is foolish to deny a presidents request, because he will destroy you out of spite.
