JOB VACANCY FOR A BOOK-KEEPER/ACCOUNTANT


A reputable Real Estate Company located around Lekki County Home
is in urgent need of a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
Applicant should reside around Abraham- Adesanya, Ajah-axis of Lagos.


Educational Qualification: Graduate in Accounting (QuickBooks experience an added advantage)

• Record day to day financial transactions
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledgers and general ledger
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain stock records

SUMMARY: The book keeper will be responsible for recording and maintaining the business financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.
Recording financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce balance sheet and income statement


Relevant Skills and Knowledge
• Basic accounting Knowledge the
• Understanding accounting beat practices
• Data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and QuickBooks accounting application.
