What should have been done first before "floating" is what is being done last. No wonder manufacturing firms were jumping ship. The would have been the sacrificial lamb for the mistake of floating.

Since the APC came in 2015, this country has gone to the dogs. It's almost like the destruction is intentional. Trillions for phantom rice farmers & today nothing to show for it. Tradermoni nko, nothing to show for it! The question is, were they taking a loan or selling our crude for less than it's market price??
