Sometimes I do wonder why Russia's covert, subversive, and destabilizing Ops on enemy territories is either less profound, or non existent entirely compared to western intelligence agencies', the CIA being a renowned example. In the interview with Tucker, Putin mentioned the role the CIA played in providing covert and overt support for the insurgencies in the north Caucasus, and the support for opposition groups in Russia, and he said when they confronted them with the evidence of this blatant act of interference, they (CIA) simply told them to live with it. Russian intelligence agencies should increase covert and subversive activities on enemy territories, US in particular.
