Akwa Ibom has a better economy than Enugu, it can survive as an independent country with her rich natural endowment, ranging from crude oil to coal, gas, uranium, cotton, iron ore, limestone, various precious stones, rubber, organic food crops, just to mention but a few.

Bros,I live very close to Plaza, your Akwa ibom is only big on paper and on the internet.
Nothing is working there, apart from POS centers, tailor shops, big hotels, their beautiful stadiums and good roads. human capital development there is zero, unemployment is on a very very high rate , and the government is doing nothing about it.
But you will see ignorant Akwa ibomites bragging about having the best worship centers, stadiums and hotel in Nigeria, and that is why alot of corpers seek for redeployment to other states immediately after camp.

Trust me Enugu is practically dead and nothing is happening there, only an ignoramus would assert that Akwa Ibom is only big on paper, meanwhile Akwa Ibom is silently expanding economically, this explains why BUA chose to build his refinery in Akwa Ibom instead of Enugu, the same reason that drove Universal Energy Resource, Sterling Oil and Gas Exploration, the Morrocan government that signed an agreement to build a fertilizer/petrochemical plant in Akwa Ibom, the African-Export Import Bank and UTM Offshore Limited who recently signed an agreement to develop, design and construct the first indigenous floating LNG in the country in Akwa Ibom.

By the way, Ajah alone has better housing than the whole Eastern region, not to talk of the whole Lagos, Abuja and Ogun state.

Enugu is littered with broken, dilapidated and outdated infrastructure unlike Akwa Ibom.
Also Akwa Ibom is more naturally beautiful than Enugu and this is not debatable.
Economically, Akwa Ibom has attracted more investment than Enugu in the last 10 years and many more in the offing.
Sentiment aside Akwa Ibom is more developed than Enugu by gdp and per capita index and no capping.
Enugu is living in the past while Akwa Ibom is the present and still moving forward.
I will be in Akwa Ibom soon and wouldn't mind taking you to where things are happening in Akwa Ibom without any media coverage.
