Well, you may be right or wrong. But, pairing the F16 against the S-400 would be an overkill for the S400 and practically unfair to the F16. Aside range and number of targets it can lock on at once, the S-400 was meant to defend against stealthy aerial threats like the F22 Raptors and the F-35, hence the F16 is way out of its league. I still think Turkey wants the F-16s for its reliability as a good fighter plane.

Bro, i don't think . Africa will be safe because they will find a way to drag it to the continent.
