Transsion is always rushing to produce rubbish! I wonder if they don't carry out quality assurance on these products. No doubt this pova 6 is another rubbish. I bought the Tecno pova 5g immediately it came out, I preordered it sef. The finger print censor crashed 6 months after purchase and since them I've been using pin to operate it. Yesterday the phone froze for over 1 hours then went off by itself, up till now it hasn't come back on, I pugged it but it didn't vibrate to indicate charging or anything. I took it to carlcare yesterday evening, those fools told me to come this morning it will be ready for pickup, they gave me a number to call before coming, i called over 10 times but the number was switched off. Getting to carlcare at 12noon they said they phone is not ready they don't know when it will be ready this and that, I should go and come back, I sha changed it for them, they now went upstairs and said I will have to wait 3-4hrs they're fixing it, dis and dat. Tecno, infinix, Itel, Oraimo, Carlcare all belong to Transsion holdings company, is there anyone that even has head at all, j honestly doubt, all of them useless gan. See my phantom x that one is less than a year old it's already behaving like sth ogbanje is worrying. Eventually after waiting for long I was told it's panel and panel costs #227,000 to fix, a phone I bought #145,000
