❗️The Houthi movement has attacked the German frigate Hessen in the Red Sea for the first time, according to German Defence Minister Pistorius.

According to dpa, the frigate successfully hit the two drones that attacked it.

Pistorius said the Hessen was carrying out "the most dangerous mission in decades".

The Houthis have previously targeted civilian vessels.
