Do you understand that NATO is trying to separate Russia and China from each other ?
China knows the "leaked" documents are fake. And let me tell you their origin:
After ww2 the USA planned to bomb the USSR with nuclear bombs, but before the USA was able to get ready for the bombing campaign, the USSR made its own nuclear bombs and tested them for all to see. Then the USA shoved its plans of bombing the USSR.
The propagandists just copied that and put Russia in the place of the USA and China in the place of the USSR.
