I employed a driver of recent, I later discovered that he’s also driving another pure water company in my area.. I’m so piss right now this is someone I brought from ilorin, housed him and feed him everyday

Are u angry he's doing two jobs or because the second job is driving your competitor? Or both?

he probably sees it as doubling his hustle. Rice is 80k ooo....

..handle the matter with care, otherwise u will just become driverless and he will still find another driving hustle....its not like u are paying him 200k per month .....

Nothing wrong with doubling your hustle but it's wrong for him to work for two companies producing same products. There's no how you can serve two bosses and give your 💯 to both... Also, he can sabotage the business of who gives him lesser treats.

Talk to him first, if he isn't willing to quit the other, your best bet is to sack him cos he's a potential threat

He agreeed to stay with my company after teasing to add to his salary funniest thing is that I’m paying him more
