If you started building before the cement went up you have to finish it and then take a break. Hopefully the rent from next year will worth embarking on new construction . 40 Likes 1 Share |

The increase in demand is the catalyst for the price increase. If people refuse to buy at high prices, they will be forced to reduce their price or close down the business. 2 Likes 1 Share |

That's life, people will still do or not regardless of the economy. When cement was less than a dollar, not everyone built a house.. And I get your motivational drift, you're right but don't forget, man may hustle but the blessings are left for only God to approve/allow. If you like do ritual, if God does not permit, it will backfire! That's why, the same baba who did for Johnson successfully, was recommended to Kester. But it backfired against Kester, causing irrecoverable madness... 4 Likes 1 Share |

Well! it has to do with the kind of business you're doing, if your business is moving smoothly you will surely feel the effect but not to the extent of stoping work. Money you will use to buy 20 bags you end up using it to buy ten bags thus slowing the pace of work. 2 Likes |

The fact that some people can afford it at any rate doesn't mean that all can afford it. If the price reduces we will have more storeys than this and many will own the houses of their dreams. 3 Likes |
